Is BounceMoney legit?
Short answer: yes. BounceMoney is the trading brand of B2M Holdings Ltd. Here's exactly how we operate, who safeguards your funds, and how we handle data, KYC and complaints.
Legal entity
BounceMoney and Bounce Credits are products of B2M Holdings Ltd. B2M Holdings Ltd contracts with licensed banking, EMI, and card-scheme partners to deliver regulated payments, IBAN, card acquiring, and safeguarding services to onboarded merchants. BounceMoney itself is not a bank and does not hold client deposits directly.
Safeguarded funds
Client balances sit with licensed banking and EMI partners under regulated safeguarding — never mixed with operating capital.
PCI DSS via partners
Card acquiring is delivered through PCI DSS-certified acquirers and gateways. We never store raw card data on our own systems.
Documented onboarding
Every partner and merchant signs an Introducer / MSA / MAF and completes a KYB scorecard before going live. All templates are public on Useful Docs.
UBO & AML screening
Ultimate Beneficial Owners are identified and screened against sanctions and PEP lists. High-risk industries receive enhanced due diligence.
EU/UK-hosted data
Application data is hosted in EU/UK regions with row-level access controls, audit logging, and encrypted storage for onboarding documents.
Transparent contracts
MSA, Introducer Agreement, MAF, KYB, and NDA templates are published openly — no hidden terms before you sign.
Frequently asked
Is BounceMoney a legitimate company?
Yes. BounceMoney is the trading brand of B2M Holdings Ltd, a company that provides business payments, banking rails, and Bounce Credits — a closed-loop prepaid credit product — to approved merchants. BounceMoney is not itself a bank; regulated services are delivered via licensed banking, EMI, and card-issuing partners under commercial agreements.
Who operates BounceMoney and Bounce Credits?
Both BounceMoney and Bounce Credits are products of B2M Holdings Ltd. Client-facing agreements (Introducer, MSA, MAF, NDA, KYB) are published on our Useful Docs page so partners and merchants can review terms before onboarding.
How does BounceMoney safeguard client funds?
Client funds are never commingled with B2M Holdings Ltd's operating capital. All fiat balances sit with regulated banking or EMI partners under safeguarding arrangements required by their licence. Card-scheme settlement flows are processed by licensed acquirers under PCI DSS.
Is BounceMoney PCI DSS compliant?
BounceMoney does not store raw cardholder data. Card acceptance is routed through PCI DSS-certified acquiring and gateway partners. Merchants onboarded to card acquiring inherit that compliance perimeter and receive their own scope guidance during onboarding.
How is customer data protected?
All traffic to bouncemoney.com is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Application data is stored in an EU/UK-hosted managed database with row-level access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege service credentials. Uploaded onboarding documents (MAF, KYB) are held in a private, non-public storage bucket with signed, time-limited access links.
How do you handle KYC / KYB and AML?
Every merchant and introducer goes through a documented KYC/KYB process — including UBO identification, sanctions and PEP screening, source-of-funds review, and industry-risk scoring — before any live processing. High-risk verticals are subject to enhanced due diligence and ongoing monitoring under our partners' AML programmes.
What if I have a complaint or a security concern?
Email support@bouncemoney.com for general issues and security@bouncemoney.com for security disclosures. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and to resolve or escalate within regulated partner SLAs.
Where does BounceMoney operate?
BounceMoney serves clients across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy, and supports select global merchants via our card and banking partners. Bounce Credits are available worldwide except in OFAC-restricted, sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited jurisdictions.
